Create your own musical program!

The association AMCEL Agora-Diffusion regroups several formations of different aesthetics and structures in order to offer you a wide range of musical choices.

The principle is simple:

What's new?

The history

Jean-Pierre CAENS is a saxophonist classically trained and specialised in both classical music and contemporary musics.

He set up in 1981 a structure of musical diffusion, the officially licensed association AMCEL Agora-Diffusion, which regroup different instrumental formations such as the quartets A Piacere or Aulodia, or the bands "Présences contemporaines" or "Ensemble de Saxophones de Provence". He is the link between all these formations and is today artistic director of his association. He is therefore closely connected to the day to day life of this organisation, which is why this web-site is dedicated to him as much as to his association.

This web-site AMCEL Agora-Diffusion, is especially dedicated to the organisms dealing with musical broadcasting (festivals, cultural centre, council cultural offices, publishers…) and with musical training (music academy, school of music, harmony bands…) including Master-Class and instrumentals internships.

AMCEL Agora-Diffusion proposes you a classical repertoire (music from 18th, 19th, 20th centuries) such as entertainment music (tangos, G. Gershwin, H. Mancini, arrangements of soundtracks and songs…) or contemporary creations, close to jazz style for some of them.

It regroups professional artists, currently four bands of wind instruments well known and officially approved by diverse cultural associations at a regional and national level, a band adaptable to your own needs (among a choice of string instruments, wind, and drums) which is mainly focus on moderns music (20th century) and contemporary creations, a band at the border of all musics...

Professionalism and innovation are the main characteristics you can find through all these possibilities and programs.
